Job summary

Penske Logistics, a leader in transportation, warehousing and freight management, seeks a warehouse associate to support inbound and outbound shipments at the Marion, OH location. The role emphasizes safety, collaboration, and meeting performance metrics in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will work closely with Supervisors and Team Leads, performing a variety of duties to keep the team productive while delivering strong customer service and accurate records.

Qualifications

• 2 years of general office experience required.
• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Advanced computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required.
• AS400 experience preferred.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential.
• Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, and pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Processing inbound and outbound shipments in the warehouse.
• Control the flow of work to meet departure and receiving times.
• Resolve discrepancies.
• Interact with warehouse associates and troubleshoot issues.
• Assist with daily and weekly reports.
• Jointly work with Supervisors and Management to meet warehouse metrics.
• Prioritize workload and adjust as needed.
• Other projects and tasks assigned by Supervisor.

Hourly Pay:

$22.18 Base Rate + $1.00 shift differential

$1500.00 Retention Bonus after 120 days

Hours:

2nd shift Monday-Friday 2:00 PM - 10:00 pm. Weekend work and OT as needed.
