Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk in Sarasota, FL, to manage the accurate movement of goods, pull and pack orders, and process inbound shipments. You will use RF scanning and inventory software to verify stock, label freight, and maintain organized storage areas in a non-climate controlled warehouse.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading trucks, processing returns, and ensuring documentation is complete.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping and receiving operations.
• Ability to use RF scan devices.
• Familiarity with inventory systems and stock tracking.
• Strong attention to detail when verifying shipments against orders.

Responsibilities

• Pull, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time.
• Prepare freight shipments with proper labeling and documentation.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks and customer pick‑ups.
• Process inbound shipments and verify against POs; inspect for damage.
• Maintain organized storage areas and RGA shelves; handle returns and vendor claims.
