Wesco Turf, Inc. in Sarasota, FL is seeking a Parts Warehouse Receiver to maintain inventory accuracy and support timely processing of shipments, returns, and inventory transfers. You will put away stock, manage RGAs, operate RF scanners and forklifts, and collaborate across teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of warehouse receiving experience.
• Previous inventory management experience.
• Experience in fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environment.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process daily parts deliveries from various carriers and company trucks.
• Process returns and ensure RGAs are handled quickly and accurately.
• Receive and process inbound inventory transfers from other Wesco Turf locations.
• Maintain an organized RGA inventory area and manage vendor claims.
• Put away received products and assign accurate warehouse locations.
• Assist with receiving and stocking weekly Toro inventory orders.
• Operate RF scanners and inventory management systems.
• Support shipping by pulling, packing, and preparing orders.
