Job summary

Ionbond USA in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Clerk to support Customer Service and Operations. You will verify orders, inspect and package shipments, and manage carrier communications to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires 1–3 years in shipping/receiving, attention to detail, and proficiency with FedEx/UPS platforms. Daily tasks include ERP dataentry, inventory upkeep, and adherence to safety procedures.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; an Associate degree is a plus.
1–3 years’ experience in shipping/receiving in a manufacturing environment.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Experience with FedEx, UPS, and related shipping platforms.
Ability to read small print and work with standard measurement tools.

Responsibilities

Verify incoming customer orders against purchase orders using calipers and scales.
Inspect, package, and ship orders per customer and company requirements.
Load and unload trucks using a walk-behind forklift.
Maintain inventory of shipping supplies and keep accurate records.
Enter orders in ERP system and work with shipping carriers.
Adhere to safety rules and team requirements.
