Job summary

IBC Coatings Technologies is seeking a hands-on Shipping & Receiving associate in Indiana. The role involves receiving and processing customer parts in an industrial setting, operating forklifts and cranes, and maintaining accurate computer records for orders and documents.

The position emphasizes balance between physical work and precise data entry, with attention to detail and teamwork. Candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and follow safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma required. Preferred associate’s or bachelor’s in business or logistics.
• U.S. citizenship or permanent resident required (sponsorship will not be provided).
• Excellent customer service skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Receive and handle incoming customer parts, unload, move, and stage materials.
• Physically inspect and verify incoming parts for accuracy and condition.
• Enter and update order/work order information in company systems with accuracy.
• Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and overhead cranes.
• Support shipping and receiving operations, including packaging and documentation.
• Perform standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Cross-train and assist other departments to support production and operations.
• Follow AS9100, OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies.
