Job summary

Spectrum Resorts seeks a Shipping/Receiving Clerk at Turquoise Place to verify, record, and prepare shipments while maintaining accurate records and inventory.

You will use basic computer tools (Word, Excel), inspect incoming goods, track deliveries, and file routine reports to support guest satisfaction. The role requires excellent customer service, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs; training and supervision are provided.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to learn new programs.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receives and inspects incoming shipments for damages or defects.
• Counts items to ensure correct quantities received.
• Maintains department database and prepares routine shipping records.
• Tracks packages using computer systems.
• Maintains inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
• Delivers items to requisitioning departments and obtains signatures.
