Job summary

Amentum in Texas invites applications for an Inventory/Shipping Clerk to inspect, inventory, and document incoming and outgoing shipments of property. You will verify bills of lading and customs forms, perform data entry into MOD DMS, and ensure accurate property accounting prior to acceptance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1 year of related experience.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident with a valid driver's license.
• Computer and typing skills required; ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Inspect transporter’s shipping documents and compare with inbound file.
• Accurately account for property delivered to facility.
• Complete shipment reports for loss or damage.
• Perform data entry into MOD DMS.
• Release property on receipt of sale or disposition orders.
• Submit release documents for review and closeout.
• Support sales activities and other duties as assigned.
