Job summary

Protolabs is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Associate II to support our fast-paced manufacturing operations. You will verify incoming shipments, prepare domestic and international shipments, and maintain accurate records across AX, MRS, MES, Salesforce, and other systems.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a dynamic warehouse environment. Prior warehouse and dock experience, forklift operation, and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Warehouse experience is needed.
• Dock experience is needed.
• Signed off on Logistics curriculum is required.
• Signed off on Receiving or Shipping Curriculum is required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing lists and system records.
• Process domestic and international shipments, including packing, labeling, documentation, and freight coordination.
• Generate and maintain accurate shipping records and resolve discrepancies.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
