Job summary

B and D Foods is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to manage loading/unloading, counts verification, and materials flow in a Boise warehouse. The role emphasizes accurate record keeping, daily use of Microsoft Office, and adherence to GMPs and SOPs.

Responsibilities include forklift operation, supplying materials to production, and keeping equipment in good condition. A High School Diploma or GED is required, with 2 years forklift experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years forklift experience
• Able to lift 50 lbs
• Experience in inventory and record keeping
• Computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks
• Verify counts and accuracy of warehouse materials
• Drive forklift
• Supply materials to production lines
• Keep records
• Maintain equipment and facilities in neat, clean, orderly fashion
• Inspect and perform minor maintenance on forklift or equipment
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and SOPs
• Perform other duties as required
