Job summary

Roberts PolyPro, a division of Pro Mach, Inc., is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk in Charlotte, NC. You will process shipments, verify incoming materials, and maintain ERP records. The role requires accuracy, organization, and teamwork with Purchasing and Customer Service.

The position reports to the Purchasing Manager and involves daily inventory tracking, packing, and compliance with safety procedures on a first-shift schedule.

Qualifications

• High School/GED is required.
• Detailed knowledge of warehouse procedures.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Process orders for shipment and receive materials against purchase orders.
• Prepare packing lists, bills of lading and other shipping docs.
• Maintain shipping/receiving logs and records.
• Interact with Customer Service to prepare shipments daily.
• Track inventory movements in Syteline ERP and perform cycle counts.
