Job summary

Roberts PolyPro, a division of Pro Mach, Inc., is hiring plastics line operators in Charlotte, NC. You will run plastic manufacturing lines, ensure safety, maintain cleanliness, and support quality and process controls to produce conforming products.

The role requires ability to follow recipes, adjust extrusion settings, and communicate issues to leadership. Overtime and weekend work may be needed; forklift certification is preferred and training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs to production equipment.
• Excellent communication ability to interact with others professionally, read and comprehend written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Monitor production standards and quality-control programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness per 5-S standards; load recipe data and adjust extrusion settings.
• Report issues to Team Leader/Maintenance to facilitate corrections.
• Document processes related to molding of parts and shift responsibilities.
