Job summary

Corvid Technologies LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk to support our Goldbug Manufacturing team. You will receive, inspect, and verify shipments against purchase orders, and record receipts in our ERP system to help keep inventory accurate for production.

Ideal candidates are reliable, able to operate forklifts as needed, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a clean, safe receiving area and strict attention to documentation and part

Qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in a warehouse, shipping and receiving, or manufacturing environment.
• Experience entering receipts and tracking inventory in an ERP system.
• Ability to inspect materials for damage and verify part numbers, quantities, and specifications.
• Forklift and pallet jack experience is a plus.
• Basic computer skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and materials against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Inspect deliveries for damage, defects, or shortages, using basic measuring tools as needed.
• Accurately record incoming materials in the company's ERP system.
• Report shipment discrepancies or quality concerns to purchasing and quality teams.
• Label and move materials to designated storage locations or stage them for production.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area.
