Job summary

Corvid Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk to support our Goldbug Manufacturing team. You will receive and inspect incoming materials, verify shipments against purchase orders, and record receipts in our ERP system to help keep inventory accurate and ready for production.

The ideal candidate is organized, able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and use forklifts or pallet jacks as needed.

Qualifications

• US citizenship required
• 1+ years of experience in a warehouse/shipping/receiving environment
• Experience entering receipts and tracking inventory in an ERP system
• Ability to inspect materials for damage and verify part numbers, quantities, and specifications
• Ability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and materials against purchase orders and packing slips
• Inspect deliveries for damage, defects, or shortages, using basic measuring tools as needed
• Accurately record incoming materials in the company's ERP system
• Report shipment discrepancies or quality concerns to purchasing and quality teams
• Label and move materials to designated storage locations or stage them for production
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area
