Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years relevant experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic math, reading, and record-keeping skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and sign drivers in/out; verify paperwork.
• Assign dock doors and coordinate with yard/warehouse teams.
• Process Bills of Lading and related docs; maintain records.
• Maintain real-time door/yard reports for trailer inventory.
• Update inbound/outbound shipment schedules in WMS.
• Coordinate yard movements and dock assignments for flow.
• Communicate shipment issues promptly to management and drivers.
• Report errors to leadership to ensure compliance.
