Job summary

INX International Ink Co. in Edwardsville, KS is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Clerk to join our team. You will maintain inventory accuracy, prepare items for shipment, issue BOLs, and coordinate with carriers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of related experience.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to operate forklift, cherry picker, and turret.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Ability to bend, push or pull when required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accuracy of inventory and perform cycle counting.
• Assign materials to designated areas and organize on racks or bins.
• Mark materials with identifying information.
• Assemble internal and external orders from stock and place on pallets.
• Prepare items for shipment and create Bills of Lading (BOLs).
• Schedule carriers and monitor deliveries; use SAP for records and labels.

Job Description

Starting wage is $22.00+ per hour based on experience plus shift differentials paid for 2nd and 3rd shift.

We are seeking a Shipping/Receiving Clerk to join our team.As a Shipping/Receiving Clerk you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining accuracy of inventory and cycle counting
• Assigningmaterials/items to designated areas and placing them on racks, shelves, or in bins
• Markingmaterials with identifying information
• Assemblinginternal and external customers’ orders from stock and placing orders on pallets
• Preparingitems for shipment
• UsingSAP for maintaining records and printing labels
• Monitoringand creating deliveries and shipping schedules
• CreatingBills of Lading (BOLs) and scheduling carriers for pick-ups
• Performing additional duties as required

Qualifications

To perform your job as expected, you will be required to:

• Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Have 2 years of related experience
• Have prior leadership skills
• Have excellent written, reading comprehension and math skills
• Be able to operate a forklift, cherry picker and turret
• Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Suite programs and other computer skills
• Be able to bend, push or pull when required

In addition to these qualifications, we will consider it a plus if you have:

• Previous warehouse experience
• Previous hazardous materials training
• SAP knowledge
