INX International Ink Co. in West Chicago, IL is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Clerk to join our team. You will maintain inventory accuracy and perform cycle counts to support operations.

Responsibilities include labeling materials, assembling orders from stock, preparing items for shipment, and using SAP to maintain records and print labels.

We offer a competitive starting wage of $21 to $24 per hour plus comprehensive benefits; post-offer screens are required; EOE.

Qualifications

• 2 years related experience preferred.
• Forklift, cherry picker and turret operation knowledge helpful.

Job Description

This role offers a starting range of $21 to $24 per hour. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications such as experience, education, certifications, and skills, as well as geographic considerations.

We are seeking a Shipping/Receiving Clerk to join our team.As a Shipping/Receiving Clerk you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining accuracy of inventory and cycle counting
• Assigningmaterials/items to designated areas and placing them on racks, shelves, or in bins
• Markingmaterials with identifying information
• Assemblinginternal and external customers’ orders from stock and placing orders on pallets
• Preparingitems for shipment
• UsingSAP for maintaining records and printing labels
• Monitoringand creating deliveries and shipping schedules
• CreatingBills of Lading (BOLs) and scheduling carriers for pick-ups
• Performing additional duties as required

Qualifications

To perform your job as expected, you will be required to:

• Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Have 2 years of related experience
• Have prior leadership skills
• Have excellent written, reading comprehension and math skills
• Be able to operate a forklift, cherry picker and turret
• Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Suite programs and other computer skills
• Be able to bend, push or pull when required

In addition to these qualifications, we will consider it a plus if you have:

• Previous warehouse experience
• Previous hazardous materials training
• SAP knowledge
