Job summary

SPX Technologies is seeking a Warehouse Shipping Coordinator to ensure the smooth flow of outgoing shipments. You will coordinate with customer service and sales, prepare documentation, and maintain records to support timely delivery.

Key responsibilities include coordinating domestic and international shipments, invoicing customers, managing shipping materials, and upholding safety and EHS standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 or more years' experience in warehouse setting.
• International Shipping Experience including knowledge of Incoterms
• Mechanical aptitude with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift 50lbs

Responsibilities

• Follow safe work practices and procedures, and ensure a "safety first" culture in every task undertaken.
• Ensure daily goals are met
• Coordinate all outgoing shipments
• Coordinate international shipments
• Package outgoing shipments
• Invoice customers
• Assist with unloading of delivery trucks as needed
• Responsible for inventory of shipping materials
• Maintain clean, tidy and safe work place.
• Abide by company and EHS regulations/policies.
• Advise manager on implementing changes.
• Advises manager of risks or potential hazards as required.
• Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to at all times to ensure the security and confidentiality of company information.
• Co-operate with other staff, supervisors and managers.
• Perform any other duties as reasonably directed.

How you will make an Impact (Job Summary)
