Job summary

SPX Technologies, Inc. in Tilton, NH is seeking a Warehouse Shipping Clerk responsible for coordinating all outgoing shipments, preparing documentation, and supporting customer service and sales teams.

You will handle international shipments, quotes, forklift operations, and inventory of shipping materials while maintaining a safe, organized work environment and complying with Incoterms and EHS policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in warehouse setting.
• International shipping knowledge including Incoterms.
• Forklift experience.
• Computer skills with Microsoft Office.
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all outgoing shipments and prepare shipping documentation.
• Obtain shipping quotes and coordinate international shipments.
• Follow safe work practices and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Invoice customers and assist with unloading delivery trucks as needed.
• Maintain inventory of shipping materials and contribute to continuous improvement.

How You Will Make An Impact (Job Summary)

Responsible for coordination of all outgoing shipments, creating appropriate shipping documentation, maintaining associated records, and coordinating with customer service/sales teams.

• Advise manager on implementing changes.
• Advises manager of risks or potential hazards as required.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 2 or more years’ experience in warehouse setting

• International Shipping Experience including knowledge of Incoterms
• Forklift experience
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Mechanical aptitude with attention to detail

Education & Certifications

• High School diploma

Travel & Working Environment

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift 50lbs
