Audi Santa Monica is hiring for a Shipping/Receiving Clerk to support wholesale and retail customers. The role involves maintaining parts inventory, stocking shelves, organizing and binning parts, and recording locations. You will also manage delivery logs and assist with physical inventories.

The position requires a clean driving record, valid driver's license, and excellent customer service in a fast-paced automotive environment. Comprehensive benefits are provided.

• Automotive dealership service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain good relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Maintain parts inventory: stock shelves, organize bins, record locations, audit bins, manage special order bins.
• Maintain a delivery board with departure times and destinations.
• Maintain a detailed delivery log for returns and funds.
• Assist in annual physical parts inventory.
• Deliver parts to technicians or pull orders for counter staff as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area with materials stored below counter.
• Notify parts manager immediately of damaged parts or shortages.
• Adhere to Telephone Call (ITC) standards.
• Complete Lithia and manufacturer certification training as required.
