Job summary

Eutectic Corporation is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Associate to ensure timely order processing, accurate packing, and compliant shipping. Under the Operations Manager, you will handle receiving, picking, packing, and shipping with RF scanners and carrier systems.

Requirements include at least 1 year in a warehouse, forklift certification (or ability to obtain), and strong teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Benefits include medical, vision, life insurance, 401(k) match, and generous PTO.

Responsibilities

• Receive and record incoming orders, checking for damage and weight discrepancy.
• Pick and process orders to be shipped.
• Use RF scanners to process shipments.
• Process orders via UPS, FedEx, and freight carriers.
• Follow procedures for hazardous material shipping and safety.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace; manage pallets and boxes.
• Operate hand jacks and forklifts (seated/standing).
• Use hand tools to build crates.
• Assist in training other shipping team members.
• Execute other duties as assigned.

Position Overview:

Under the direction of the Operations Manager, responsible for ensuring our products are shipped in a timely manner.

What You'll Do:

• Utilize RF scanners in order to process
• Process orders via UPS, FedEx, and Freight
• Follow proper procedures for hazardous material shipping, safety, and housekeeping
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by keeping pallets, boxes, and stacked items in proper locations and removing empty boxes, pallets, and shrink film from the warehouse
• Operate material handling equipment – hand jacks, seated forklifts, and standing forklifts
• Utilize hand tools to build custom crates
• Help train other members of the shipping team
• Other responsibilities as assigned
