Job summary

Castolin Eutectic is seeking a shipping/warehouse associate in Wisconsin to ensure timely order fulfillment and safe, organized warehouse operations. You will handle receiving, picking, packing, and shipping tasks, using RF scanners and forklift equipment as part of a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities include processing UPS/FedEx freight shipments, maintaining safety standards, and training teammates as needed. Prior experience with warehouse duties and forklift certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse/material handling experience.
• Forklift certification or ability to become certified.

Responsibilities

• Receive and record incoming orders while checking for damage and weight discrepancy.
• Pick and process orders to be shipped.
• Utilize RF scanners to process.
• Process orders via UPS, FedEx, and Freight.
• Follow proper procedures for hazardous material shipping, safety, and housekeeping.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by keeping pallets, boxes, and stacked items in proper locations and removing empty boxes, pallets, and shrink film from the warehouse.
• Operate material handling equipment – hand jacks, seated forklifts, and standing forklifts.
• Help train other members of the shipping team.
• Other responsibilities as assigned

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY

Under the direction of the Customer Service & Warehouse Manager, responsible for ensuring our products are shipped in a timely manner.
