Job summary

AerSale, Inc. in Goodyear, AZ is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support parts preservation, inventory, packing, and FIFO shipping. You will operate a forklift to load parts and ensure safe handling, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in a busy warehouse.

Requirements include a high school education, 1–2 years warehouse experience, basic computer skills, strong organization, and forklift certification. We offer competitive benefits, 401K, ESPP, and education reimbursement.

• Package parts accordingly and prepare for shipping.
• Responsible for loading parts onto truck using forklift.

Skills And Abilities

• Basic computer knowledge required.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Experience driving forklift
• Must be able to successfully complete AerSale Forklift Training and Hazardous Material Certification/Training.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting at least 50 pounds.
• Continuous lifting, bending, twisting, and crouching.
• Possess a valid driver’s license that meets AerSale motor vehicle policy standards.
• Always operating the company vehicle in a safe, professional manner.
• Wearing safety equipment when required.
