Job summary

Bergstrom Automotive, Wisconsin’s largest dealership, is seeking a part-time Automotive Parts Shipping and Receiving associate in Green Bay. You will receive and inspect shipments, log inventory, and prepare and ship parts orders, contributing to fast, accurate service for service and parts guests.

This role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and safety as you handle parts up to 50 pounds. The schedule is Monday–Friday 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm, with competitive pay and benefits for eligible

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory management is a plus.
• Automotive parts knowledge is preferred but not required.
• Proficient with inventory systems or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming parts shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Log and document inventory into the dealership's system.
• Maintain organized storage for quick retrieval.
• Prepare and ship outgoing parts orders promptly.
• Assist with stock checks and cycle counts.
• Communicate effectively with team members to fulfill requests.
• Uphold cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
