Job summary

Bergstrom Automotive in Wisconsin's Appleton area is seeking a Shipping and Receiving associate to help ensure accurate part shipments and reliable inventory. You will log incoming parts, maintain organized storage, and prepare outgoing orders to meet dealership standards.

This role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and safety, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:30 am to 4:00 pm and pay between $17 and $20 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory management is a plus.
• Automotive parts knowledge is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming parts shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Accurately log and document inventory into the dealership’s system.
• Maintain organized storage of parts, ensuring quick and efficient retrieval.
• Prepare and ship outgoing parts orders promptly and in line with dealership standards.
• Assist with inventory management, including stock checks and cycle counts.
• Communicate effectively with team members to fulfill parts requests.
• Uphold dealership and manufacturer standards for cleanliness, organization, and safety.
