How You'll Perform the Role

This position will be responsible for managing incoming loads and ensuring that the correct items are received.

Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the creation of daily/weekly receiving schedule, based on interface with external dispatch agents.


• Responsible for the receipt of documents for incoming loads, and validation against receiving schedule.


• Responsible for ensuring all information (purchase order, quality grade, number of bales, net weight) are listed on the paperwork prior to approving.


• Receive documents from unloading and inspection/staging material handlers and update lot information in system.


• Mark discrepancies and alert Procurement via email and upload paperwork and pictures for loads received.


• Participate and support, for every employee, a safe work environment by following all facility safety and compliance policies and procedures.


• Participate and support, for every employee, and visitor; the adherence to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) policies and procedures.


• Other duties as assigned.

What We Need From You

Candidate Requirements:

• High school diploma or G.E.D.


• Minimum of 6 months-4 years' experience as a receiving clerk.


• Basic understanding of Safety procedures


• Critical decision-making ability.


• Flexibility and adaptability and the ability to focus and pay attention to detail.


• Experience in Industrial Manufacturing a plus
