Job summary

Crown Bakeries in Dickson, Tennessee is seeking a warehouse/loader to support daily production logistics. You will unload trailers, manage dock areas, and assist with loading trucks while ensuring proper documentation and safe handling of ingredients.

Responsibilities include maintaining organization, following GMPs, and reporting any equipment issues. The role requires physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stay compliant with sanitation and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of baking processes and terminology is preferred.
• Ability to process large volumes of repetitive work to meet deadlines.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when required.

Responsibilities

• Unload trailers upon arrival and unload loads from docks.
• Keep docks clean and remove empty trays/pallets.
• Offload ingredients or materials safely.
• Record ingredients received on proper forms.
• Load trucks per load sheets and verify quantities.
• Document dates on product and ensure correct pallet counts.
• Submit load sheets, BOLs, and other forms to supervisors.
• Maintain clean ante rooms and freezer areas.
• Rotate stock using first-in/first-out method.
• Report equipment problems to supervision immediately.
