Job summary

Orchid MPS Holdings, LLC in Memphis, TN seeks a Shipping/Receiving Associate I to package and prepare parts per customer specs. The role supports receiving, inspection, storage, and shipment activities within a medical device manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include accurate data entry, cycle counts, and adherence to 6S and quality procedures. A high school diploma is required; manufacturing experience and knowledge of cGMP, QSR, and ISO standards are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with cGMP, QSR, and ISO standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute processes to receive, inspect, store, or ship materials, ensuring adherence to timelines and accuracy standards.
• Support inventory management by logging shipments and receipts, performing cycle counts, and resolving discrepancies.
• Handle materials in compliance with medical device regulations, quality standards, and SOPs; ensure traceability and proper documentation.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and procurement to align shipping/receiving with operational needs.
• Perform weekly housekeeping per 6S schedule.
• May move parts to and from finished goods.
