Job summary

Medtronic plc in Memphis, TN is seeking a Ship Receiving Store Clerk IV to support distribution center operations onsite. You will investigate and resolve shipment, receiving, and inventory discrepancies, document findings in NC/OFI tools, and coordinate with quality and logistics teams.

The schedule is 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM with overtime as needed. This role requires SAP experience and strong Excel data skills, with a background in warehouse or manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years in shipping/receiving or an Associate Degree with 3+ years in related operations.
• Experience investigating and resolving material, inventory, shipment, or receiving discrepancies.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel for data entry, reporting, and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and document damaged, nonconforming, missing, or incorrectly received materials using the NC Tool.
• Create, maintain, and monitor nonconformance records and coordinate disposition activities with Quality partners.
• Utilize the OFI Tool to document, track, and support resolution of receiving, shipping, and operational process discrepancies.
• Verify quantities, descriptions, weights, and material identification for inbound and outbound shipments and elevate discrepancies as needed.
• Process and maintain freight documentation, packing slips, bills of lading, shipping records, and receiving transactions within SAP and other business systems.
• Analyze shipment, receiving, and inventory data using Microsoft Excel and system-generated reports to support operational performance metrics and KPI tracking.
