Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Associate (Receiving - Fork Truck Driver / Inventory Control) for the 2nd shift at our Alsip, IL facility. The role focuses on shipping, receiving, and inventory control to support manufacturing operations.

Overtime may be required, with a starting pay of $22.85 per hour plus a $1.35 shift differential for 2nd shift. The position is fully onsite with a 2nd shift schedule: Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
• Ability to operate forklift safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory control.
• Good communication and teamwork to support production and shipping.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials and verify against orders and packing lists.
• Operate fork trucks and move materials to storage locations.
• Perform SAP transactions and record inventory transactions accurately.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Pick, pack, and ship parts for customer orders and internal shipments.
