Job summary

RealTruck, Inc. is seeking a Materials Handler to support material handling operations, including receiving, stocking, and inventory control, primarily using powered industrial trucks.

The role runs on 2nd shift (3:30pm–2:00am; OT possible). Responsibilities include verifying deliveries, labeling, inventory accuracy, and safe workplace practices while coordinating with other departments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 6-12 months of related experience and/or training required.
• 2-5 years of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Previous forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload raw materials from trailers; verify accuracy against PO and packing slip in WMS.
• Receive material deliveries, verify items and quantities to PO, and acquire proper paperwork.
• Move materials to and from point of use, ensuring product quality is maintained.
• Manage rack takeaways or replacements for Kanban racks and empty racks.
• Label products with part number, name, and quantity; rotate stock as needed.
• Receive returns; verify warranty status; update WMS; prepare for disposal or stock return.
• Maintain inventory accuracy; conduct cycle counts; resolve variances.
• Train other employees; maintain clean and safe workspace; perform other duties as assigned.
