Ingersoll Rand is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Associate (Receiving - Fork Truck Driver / Inventory Control) at the Alsip, IL facility. The role covers shipping, receiving, inventory control and material handling in manufacturing operations, with exposure to fork trucks, packing, LTL shipping and ERP transactions.

You will join a team focused on accuracy, safety, and timely shipments. Requires a High School diploma or GED and 1+ year manufacturing experience; on-site schedule is Monday–Friday

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing setting.

Responsabilités

• Receive incoming materials against purchase orders and packing lists.
• Operate fork trucks and move materials to storage locations.
• Perform inventory moves and SAP transactions.
• Pick and pack parts for shipments and verify contents.
• Paint, crate, and prepare items for shipping as needed.
