Job summary

Ingersoll Rand Buffalo, NY is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform material handling, receiving, labeling, and shipping of orders. The role requires operating forklifts, maintaining accurate SAP records, and ensuring safe, organized warehouse operations.

The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, with a starting pay of $23.00 per hour, commensurate with experience. Benefits are available and the team emphasizes safety and accuracy in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• GED or High school diploma required.
• Minimum of 2 years in a manufacturing/distribution environment.
• Minimum of 2 years of forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Safety + QDIP daily, identify and report safety concerns as observed.
• Receive, process, label, and store incoming stock.
• Maintains accurate transactions and shipments in SAP on all inventory and stock. Complete cycle counts and participate in year-end physical inventory activities.
• Operate powered industrial vehicles (i.e. forklift, reach truck, order picker)
• Organize and keep clean the warehouse space.
• Load trucks and trailers with outbound shipments.
• Supports team lead with any issues related to quality or customer support.
• Other duties as assigned.
