Schaeffer Manufacturing, a long-standing family-owned company in St. Louis, is hiring a full-time Shipping & Receiving Associate for 2nd shift (3:00 pm – 11:30 pm). You will fill non-stock and stock items, manage FIFO production lists, and communicate needs to the supervisor to prioritize orders.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and orders.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and handle moderate manual tasks.

Aufgaben

• Fill non-stock (special fill) and stock items per production list.
• Work FIFO and determine what needs to be filled.
• Communicate out of stock products to Blenders.
• Discuss shipping schedule and order prioritization with supervisor daily.
• Provide samples to Quality Control and receive results.
• Fill all containers per Bill of Lading and NetSuite documentation.
• Keep work area clean and report spills or leaks.
• Fill out paperwork accurately and maintain inventory records.
