Job summary

Schaeffer Manufacturing in Saint Louis, MO is seeking a full-time Shipping & Receiving Associate for the 2nd shift (3:00 pm – 11:30 pm). You will fill non-stock and stock items per production list, manage FIFO, and communicate shortages to the team.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, basic computer skills, and attention to detail. NetSuite experience is a plus; you’ll maintain accurate records and help keep the work area clean.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read production lists and follow FIFO processes.
• Basic computer literacy for inventory and paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Fill non-stock and stock items per production list.
• Work through the Production List in FIFO to determine fills.
• Communicate out-of-stock products to Blenders.
• Discuss daily shipping schedule and order prioritization with supervisor.
• Provide samples to Quality Control and record results.
• Fill containers per Bill of Lading and NetSuite BIN requirements.
• Communicate ETS of order inquiries.
• Monitor container component stock and report low levels.
• Complete all paperwork accurately and on time.
• Report spills or leaks and keep area clean.
