Job summary

Windham Mountain Club in Windham, NY is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate for a winter seasonal, in-person role. You will handle inventory, deliveries, and records to keep the resort stocked and organized.

Work Location: In-person role based in Windham, NY.

Seasonal Position: Winter seasonal role.

Pay: $21-$23/hour

Anticipated Start Date: Weather-dependent, typically early December.

Scheduling Expectations: Part-time shifts, including weekends and holidays. Early morning availability required.

Conditions: Mix of warehouse, storage, and outdoor work, including cold-weather environments.

Position Summary

The Shipping & Receiving Associate receives, stores, and distributes inventory throughout the resort while maintaining accurate records, organized storage areas, and high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and rotate inventory.
• Maintain accurate stock counts and transfer records.
