Job summary

Labor Solutions, LLC is seeking reliable Shipping & Receiving Associates to join our Midwest client network. You will receive, inspect, and verify shipments, maintain accurate inventory, and prepare orders for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The ideal candidate can lift up to 50 pounds, has basic computer and inventory tracking skills, and is punctual and dependable. Forklift experience is a plus. This is a full-time, day shift with a competitive starting wage of $24 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Basic computer and inventory tracking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Forklift experience or certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Unload, sort, and store materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
• Ensure shipping documentation is completed accurately.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet daily operational goals.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
