Job summary

SURGE Staffing is seeking a reliable Shipping & Receiving Associate for our Las Vegas warehouse. You will load and unload trucks, prepare pallets for shipment, inspect shipments for quality, and assist with general warehouse duties in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Forklift experience is a plus but not required; strong attendance and accuracy are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or material handling experience.
• Sit-down forklift experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull materials.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to follow safety procedures and learn new processes.
