Job summary

CleanFiber Inc. seeks a Shipping & Receiving Associate to manage the safe, accurate, and efficient movement of inbound and outbound materials while supporting daily logistics and warehouse operations.

You will work closely with Production, Quality, Logistics, and Transportation to fulfill customer orders on time, contribute to inventory accuracy and continuous improvement, and help the team deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years shipping/receiving/logistics experience preferred.
• Forklift experience required or ability to become certified.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Inventory control or cycle counting preferred.
• ERP/WMS experience with NetSuite or SAP preferred.
• Yard truck experience preferred.
• Shipping and transportation experience preferred.

Position Summary

Reporting to the Logistics Manager, the Shipping & Receiving Associate is responsible for the safe, accurate, and efficient movement of inbound and outbound materials while supporting daily logistics, inventory, and warehouse operations. This position works closely with Production, Quality, Logistics, and Transportation to ensure customer orders are fulfilled safely, accurately, and on time. This position is expected to contribute beyond traditional shipping and receiving responsibilities by supporting logistics operations, inventory accuracy, and continuous improvement while helping the team deliver exceptional customer service.

Experience

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Two (2) or more years of shipping, receiving, warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics experience preferred
• Forklift experience preferred or ability to become certified required
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and Google Workspace) required
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills required
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment required
• Manufacturing or distribution experience preferred
• Inventory control or cycle counting experience preferred
• Experience with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (NetSuite, SAP, etc.) preferred
• Yard truck (yard horse) experience preferred
• Shipping and transportation experience preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periodsrequired.
• Lift up to 50 lbsrequired.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and sample handling
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to dust, noise, and moving equipmentrequired.
• Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary

Work Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm

Compensation

Salary Range: $19.00/hr
