Job summary

VMC Group is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate in Bloomingdale, NJ to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all products shipped to our customers. You will operate scales, pack, handle UPS packages, and coordinate with Sales to ensure precise orders.

Responsibilities include preparing bills of lading, shipping logs, and paperwork, plus forklift loading/unloading and ensuring safe packaging standards. Competitive benefits offered.

• Experience operating forklift and material handling equipment.
• Strong math and data-entry abilities for shipping processes.
• Weekend availability is required.

• Run labels with customer’s name and destination handling instructions, etc. and apply to package to conform with standard instructions and procedures.
• Requisition shipping supplies.
• Performs sundry duties as required and assigned.
