Job summary

The Reserves Network is seeking a Shipping and Receiving associate in Medina, Ohio, on the 2nd shift (3:00 pm–11:00 pm). You will accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments, coordinate with production and inventory, and help maintain workflow efficiency in a safety-focused environment.

The role offers hourly pay between $18.00 and $20.00, weekly pay, and benefits including medical, dental, and vision; 401(k) and career growth opportunities through direct-hire placement.

Qualifications

• Previous shipping/receiving or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a forklift (certification a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

The base salary range for this position is $37,440-$41,600, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation.
