Job summary

Worthington Steel is seeking an energetic Shipping & Receiving associate for the Afternoon Shift in our Ohio facility. You will lead with safety, unload/load trucks, and prepare orders for shipment, while maintaining accurate inventory records and documentation.

This role offers paid training on first shift before transitioning to the 2nd shift, competitive pay starting at $20.00/hour with a $1.50 shift differential, benefits from day one, and opportunities for career development.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and overhead cranes.

• Support the team with additional duties as needed.

Pay & Benefits

• Starting at $20.00/hour, with higher pay for manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, or equipment experience

Schedule

• Paid first-shift training (7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.) for approximately 90 days
• Transition to 2nd Shift: 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.
• 8-hour shifts with a paid lunch
