Job summary

Marco Technologies is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Representative II to ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment for new or used product and equipment, contributing to high client satisfaction.

You will perform daily receipt and shipping, stage orders, manage transfers, deliver locally, conduct inventory counts, and uphold company procedures and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Previous shipping and receiving experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License, proof of personal insurance, and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Ship daily orders of new or used copier equipment or IT products.
• Stage and prepare orders for delivery or shipment.

• Conduct quarterly inventory cycle counts.
• Provide backup to teammates and cross-train where needed.
• Maintain documentation and time entries per procedures.

Job description

The Shipping & Receiving Representative II is responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfillment of new or used product and equipment that leads to a high level of client satisfaction.

Essential Functions

• Perform daily receipt process by entering into company computer system from incoming UPS and truck shipments.
• Perform daily shipping of new or used copier equipment or IT products.
• Stage and prepare orders for delivery or UPS shipment.
• Enter daily transfers or adjustments.
• Perform local deliveries meeting client deadlines.
• Ship parts for Technicians daily while meeting deadlines.
• Conduct inventory cycle counts quarterly.
• Provide backup assistance to other Shipping & Receiving team members when they are out including becoming cross trained in their areas.
• Accurately maintain and comply with documentation and administrative procedures in a timely basis to include time entry process.
• Attend required company and departmental meetings.
• Act in accordance with Marco policies and procedures as set forth in the Employee Handbook.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a shipping and receiving or similar role preferred.

Pay Range: $17.60 - $25.50 hourly
