Job summary

Louisiana-Pacific Corporation (LP Building Solutions) is seeking a Shipping/Warehouse Associate at our OSB manufacturing plant in Alabama. You will load trucks and railcars, verify product quantities, and maintain organized warehouse processes while following safety, quality, and FIFO practices.

We require a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of equipment operation experience. Candidates should be comfortable using hand and pneumatic tools and able to read daily work schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 1–2 years’ experience in equipment operation.
• Ability to read safety rules and daily work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform loading of trucks and railcars with finished products.
• Ensure paint storage is cycled and staged according to FIFO.
• Move and organize materials within warehouse and plant.
• Verify correct product quantities prior to loading.
• Document rail loads and maintain clean work areas.
• Adhere to safety guidelines for drivers and equipment.
