Job summary

On-Target Supplies & Logistics Ltd. in Dallas, TX is seeking a Material Associate to receive, verify and secure incoming materials, and support the distribution to their proper destinations.

You will document PO shipments in SAP, perform high-volume dock tasks, and be comfortable with substantial computer work using SAP and MS Outlook; occasional cross-location float may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 suite including Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, identify, verify and secure incoming materials in receiving and during distribution.
• Enter PO shipments into SAP according to procedures.
• Perform high-volume dock operations and float to other locations as needed.
• Prepare and manage documents required for domestic and international shipping.
• Ensure compliance with shipping rules and regulations and process shipments in SAP.

Receive all PO shipments into SAP according to procedures. Be able to perform at a high-volume dock and the ability to float to other locations. Essential to be comfortable with large amounts of computer work- especially using SAP and MS Outlook.
