Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Shipping/Production/Production Clerk in North Carolina to coordinate shipping activities, maintain production and inventory records, and prep orders for shipment. You will work closely with production, warehouse, purchasing, and transportation teams to keep materials moving on schedule.

The ideal candidate has experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or administrative support, basic computer skills, and strong attention to detail and time management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, production, warehouse, or administrative support is preferred.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar software.
• Ability to accurately enter data and maintain organized records.
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required by the position.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipping activities and prepare orders for shipment.
• Maintain accurate production and inventory records.
• Support daily production operations and assist with warehouse tasks.
• Work with production, warehouse, purchasing, and transportation teams to ensure timely shipments.
• Process shipping documents, packing slips, and bills of lading.
