Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a reliable Production Team Partner to join our UniFirst Family in Baton Rouge. As a Team Partner in the Shipping Department, you will help keep our customers on schedule by ensuring on-time delivery of garments.

This role offers a 5-day work week with Saturdays and Sundays off, on-the-job training, and a benefits package including 401K with company match, health insurance, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED preferred.
• Able to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 10 lbs.
• Strong communication and basic math skills for handling items and routes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare garments for shipment and organize by route/stop number.
• Inspect finished garments to ensure quality standards are met.
• Follow safety policies and procedures in the production/shipping area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
