Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Team Partner to join our UniFirst Family in Baton Rouge, LA. You’ll prepare garments for shipping, organize by route, and ensure on‑time deliveries while upholding quality and safety standards.

This entry‑level role offers on-the-job training, a 40-hour work week, weekends off, and benefits including health, 401K with company match, profit sharing, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs and push up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare garments to be shipped back to customer locations.
• Organize garments by route and stop number.
• Store garments until shipment back to the customer.
• Handle final inspection to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Prepare garments that require polybagging or wrapping.
• Follow all safety policies, HACCP and medical guidelines.
• Perform other duties as described by area supervisor or management
