Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a reliable Production Team Partner to join the UniFirst Family as a Team Partner in the Shipping Department, ensuring on-time delivery of garments and keeping customers on schedule. On-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift.
• Able to read, write, and communicate clearly with management.
• Able to perform basic mathematical functions using standard US units (weight, measurement, volume, distance).
• Able to lift up to 10 lbs. and push up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare garments to be shipped back to customer locations.
• Organize garments by route and stop number.
• Store garments until shipment back to the customer.
• Handle final inspection to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Prepare garments that require poly bagging/wrapping.
• Follow all safety policies, HACCP and medical guidelines.
• Perform other duties as described by area supervisor or management
