Job summary

ALOM is seeking a results-driven Production Leader to guide high-volume manufacturing and fulfillment operations. You will mentor teams, set KPIs, and drive lean improvements across production planning, automation, distribution, and quality assurance.

In this role you will collaborate with cross-functional groups, implement ISO/QMS standards, and optimize processes to meet customer SLAs while controlling costs. A proven track record in coaching diverse teams is essential.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in a high-volume automated and manual assembly manufacturing environment.
ISO and CAPA systems experience.
Experience with WMS/ERP systems.
Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage teams to achieve daily and long-term production goals.
Direct targeted learning and development for production staff.
Drive production efficiency while minimizing costs and ensuring quality.
Analyze customer SLAs, forecasts, open orders, and plans for equipment and staffing.
Design and optimize production layouts and material flow for maximum efficiency.
Establish lean management principles and ensure safety compliance.
Collaborate with other departments on documentation and processes.
