Job summary

PostNet TX185 is seeking an Associate to assist customers with shipping, packaging, printing estimates, and other store services. You will handle sales through the POS system and help maintain center operations.

Responsibilities include opening/closing the center, managing cash registers, and processing mail deposits. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are required, with Notary Public certification offered upon employment.

Qualifications

• Experience with shipping, postal, or printing services is required.
• Strong customer service mindset and teamwork.
• Good communication and basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with shipping and packaging services, printing estimates/orders, and other services offered by PostNet.
• Process customer sales through the point-of-sale system.
• Open and close the center, cash register, and other center systems.
• Sorts and deposits mail in private mailboxes.
